Revegetation Contractors brings practical ecoagriculture to sites across the wet and dry tropics of North Queensland. We are a division of Burdekin River Pastures, a business built on science based, high quality production of food and fibre. That farming background shapes how we approach every revegetation and erosion control job.
Our mission
We combine agriculture and environment to deliver high quality results in North Queensland conditions. Our team has the technical expertise and practical experience to plan and carry out ecoagricultural projects, from single sites to large programs of work.
Seed we grow ourselves
We grow, harvest, clean and install seed for our own projects, with the aim of building the most resilient landscape possible. Our varieties range from grasses to edible tree crops. They are chosen for a strong genetic base that suits our local environment, and we also wild harvest native pasture seed from Burdekin River Pastures.
What we do
Our services include hydromulching, hydrostolonising, seeding, grass and tree planting, straw and hay mulching, matting, fertilising, irrigation and mangrove rehabilitation. We also supply erosion control products and run our own nursery.
